We will send you a password-reset link to your registered email. Click the link, enter a new password, and confirm. Your account will be updated immediately. Opening an account on savaya takes four steps. First, visit our Open account page and fill in your username, email, password, and mobile number. Second, verify your email by clicking the link we send you. Third, complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by uploading a valid identity document — we accept Indonesian national ID, passport, or driver's license. Fourth, add a deposit method. We support DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. Payments and transactions

savaya does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals.
